Jeffrey Newton
Jeffrey Newton is the founder and driving force behind Newton Realty, Inc., combining nearly 20 years of real estate and mortgage experience with a personal, hands-on approach. Originally from Oklahoma and raised in Missouri, Jeffrey made his way west before settling in San Diego, where he launched his real estate career in 2005. He earned his broker’s license in 2010 and has also been a licensed mortgage loan originator since 2011—offering clients a seamless experience from offer to closing.

Real estate is in his DNA. His grandfather served as President of the Missouri Association of REALTORS® and was named REALTOR® of the Year in 1972. But it was his grandmother’s persistent encouragement that inspired Jeffrey to pursue his own path in the field—and he hasn’t looked back since.
