Giving Back with Every Closing

At Newton Realty, we believe that giving back is an essential part of doing good business. Pets are family. We love them and care for them as we would our children. Unfortunately, far too many animals are abused, neglected, or abandoned—left without the love and safety they deserve.

Over the years, we’ve donated our time and resources to a number of causes close to our hearts. From local outreach programs to animal rescue efforts, giving back to the community has always been a guiding principle in both our personal and professional lives.

Many of you know that Yanira, my wife, and I are passionate animal lovers. Some of you may even know the story of our dog, Stella, who was rescued from the streets of Mexicali, Mexico. She was in need of foster care and rehoming—but once she came into our lives, we couldn’t let her go. We’re proud to say we were a “foster fail,” and we’ve never looked back.

Recently, I began working with Rescue Lyfe, a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving and rehabilitating dogs that have been neglected, abandoned, or are simply in need of a second chance. I’m honored to be part of their mission and to actively support their work.

That’s why we proudly donate 25% of all proceeds from any home purchase, sale, or loan (including refinances) to Rescue Lyfe—as long as the client mentions Rescue Lyfe during their initial contact with us. It's a simple yet powerful way to turn real estate transactions into real-life transformations for dogs in need.
